CNC Laser Cutting

Bergz have access to a large CNC laser cutting machine, which gives us the ability to cut very intricate designs into a range of metals. CNC plasma cutting is one of the most common technologies for metal cutting. It is ideal for cutting thick parts where lasers cannot perform or are not economically feasible.

We have the capability to Laser Cut 4 metre x 2metre sheets in thicknesses of 8mm Aluminium 12mm Stainless Steel and 20mm Mild Steel. A key feature of the Bystronic machine is that you can now part mark Aluminium parts which was never possible before.
