Capping

The waterproofing of the roof, combined with the decorative aluminium feature on the tops of the parapet/perimeter walls, forms a watertight seal. The powder-coated aluminium capping is also aesthetically pleasing and nearly maintenance-free. Each project’s capping is customised.

Column Cladding

Soffits

We can offer a single profile system, a two-part fascia/soffit system, or a soffit planking system. The soffit feature can be color-coordinated to match the building scheme and can complete a comprehensive aluminium rainwater system.
